I used these on my 6 year old daughter who has very small nasal passages.
They went far enough to move away debris but not too far to cause harm. She said it wasn’t uncomfortable, just tickled. Whilst these are for the nose I noticed she had a clump of wax sat just inside her ear and was able to use these to to remove it.
The bars to stop the tweezers going in too far are just the right distance to do the job you need it to do to safely.
